Ian Kendal is a fellow Wudang instructor based in Brighton. Perhaps because he is a little younger than I he is particularly keen on the martial side including freestyle pushing hands! He holds early morning training sessions in St Ann’s Well Gardens throughout the year as well as a number of indoor classes in the city.
