Tai Chi Union Logo "The Tai Chi Union for Great Britain exists to unite Tai Chi practitioners, promote Tai Chi in all its aspects including health, aesthetic, meditation and self defence and to improve standards and collate and disseminate information on Tai Chi classes and events in Great Britain and elsewhere."

Horsham Sussex Tai Chi LogoPeter Ballam, Secretary of the TCUGB has been one of my main teachers for the last 20 years. His classes are in Horsham. He also organises four seminars a year at which Dan teaches including a three day ‘camp’ held over the early May Bank Holiday. Visit his site for details.

Ian's Brighton Hove Tai Chi Logo Ian Kendal is a fellow Wudang instructor based in Brighton. Perhaps because he is a little younger than I he is particularly keen on the martial side including freestyle pushing hands! He holds early morning training sessions in St Ann’s Well Gardens throughout the year as well as a number of indoor classes in the city.

You may have found this site via the Active for life directory. Active For Life is for people in Brighton & Hove who want to get more active for fun, fitness or health.
