KING ALFRED LEISURE CENTRE - Drop in Classes

Just come along to the King Alfred Leisure Centre, 8-9pm any Thursday evening and find out what we do, namely:

• Dao Chuan or 'Hand Forms', which are what most people think of as T'ai Chi
• non-competitive Tui Shou or 'Pushing Hands'.

Regular weekly classes cost £6.50 (Including the King Alfred Dryside Entry Fee) but your second class is free so you can really see if the Wudang style of T'ai Chi is what you are looking for bearing in mind the old Oriental saying 'When the student is ready the teacher appears'. Are you ready?

OUTDOOR PRACTICE

During the summer months, from mid July to mid September you will find a small group of us in Wish Park from 6.45 - 7.45 pm on Monday evenings practising the Hand Forms and non-competitive Pushing Hands. Anyone can come along and join in, cost just £3.00.

I also practice by the lagoon on Saturday mornings 8.00 - 8.30 am. This is personal practice and not a proper class but anyone is welcome to join me and follow as I go through the hand forms and 'air' weapons forms (I don't want to frighten the neighbours!).
